Beautiful stay, and would definitely recommend and return myself.

Beautiful apartment, lots of space for a one bedroom, inside and out. Very clean and well maintained, good quality furnishings.

Ultimate relaxation in idyllic surroundings

Beautiful looking villas surrounded by luscious and meticulously kept tropical landscaping. The hotel is spread over quite a large area with a lot of hills, but the staff will happily chauffeur you to your room in a buggy as often as you like. This is a pro for me but maybe a con for others - the hotel is very quiet, relaxing and tranquil, even moreso in the evenings. Do not go there to expect to party/socialise but to enjoy peace and relaxation. We booked a standard room and this was the largest standard hotel room I have ever stayed in. It had 2 floors, 2 showers, a bath, 2 toilets and a kitchen. Terrace accessible from downstairs is the same size as most modern hotel rooms and featured a sofa, coffee table, dining table and two loungers. All with stunning views of the mountains and sea. Upstairs also also had a balcony. The room was spotless and cleaned to a high standard. WiFi in the room was great, and generally good across the whole hotel complex. In short, the rooms are amazing. The hotel has 3 pools on 3 different levels in the centre of the hotel. There was no problem in getting a lounger directly at the pool at any time of the day. Pool and it's surroundings were very clean and the loungers very comfortable. Parasols available for every 2 beds. Pools get sunshine throughout the day without almost no shade. Overall, pool. experience was excellent. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Food was good to great at the 2 restaurants, we never had a single bad experience dining. Perhaps the best thing about the stay was the staff. Every single member of staff is courteous, obliging and friendly. They work exceptionally hard to make you feel that you are well cared for in their hands. I would especially like to thank Anastasias at reception; Fernando and Hugo our bellmen; and Juan, Giselle and Diego at La Torre who delivered a custom birthday cake to my son which made the evening very special.

My main criticism is that the main restaurant is closed Sunday - Tuesday, I wish I had known this beforehand. Also both restaurants have limited capacity, so booking is essential - this can be a problem if you need to eat at a specific time for young children for example. Ideally we would have preferred to eat at La Torre every evening and a time most convenient for us. Luckily, the staff were accommodating in allowing us to take our table earlier than our booking time. Secondarily, the mini-mart and the spa are both closed on Monday and Tuesday, I wish this information had been more readily available. Also on booking.com the room was advertised as having a sofa bed but this was not the case.

« Un petit paradis en famille »

Accueil parfait avec des enfants, la gentillesse et la disponibilité de tout le personnel. La maison avec trois chambres et piscine est un Havre de paix. C'est vraiment un lieu avec l'esprit de famille. Merci à tous (laura et ses collaboratrices qui ont bien sympathisé avec Chloé).

La longueur des repas car des enfants c'est un peu compliqué, heureusement que l'on pouvait avoir les repas à la maison. Et lorsqu'il pleut il faudra quand même pouvoir déjeuner dans une pièce fermée.

« Beau séjour. »

Super villa, hébergement de qualité. Piscines magnifiques Gentillesse du personnel Cadre de l'établissement vraiment très beau.

Organisation des dîners. 2 restaurants, un ouvert seulement 3-4 jours par semaine dont un qui était réservé pour un mariage le samedi de la semaine de notre séjour, donc inaccessible. Des cartes non mises à jour, sur les prix et millésime du vin. Globalement les plats proposés étaient plutôt bons mais cher par rapport aux restaurants proches et de même niveau. Des équipes de service agréables mais globalement stressées, ce qui s'est ressenti sur l'ambiance dans les restaurants.

La taille humaine de l'hôtel style petit village, les piscines aux profondeurs adaptées à chaque âge, sont des endroits calmes et tranquilles. Le personnel est particulièrement attentif et serviable à toutes heures. Le petit déjeuner est extra, il y en a pour tous les gouts et en quantité. La vue de notre suite était fantastique , mer et montagne. l'organisation et les espaces des suites sont bien pensées avec des terrasse spacieuses, c' est un vrai plus, on peut vraiment s'y installer et y rester du temps. Le SPA et la salle de sport sont trés bien équipés, j'ai vraiment apprécié les soins .

certains mobiliers et ustensiles sont un peu usés et mériteraient d'etre renouvelés . Les matelas de piscine sont à changer d'urgence. les bains de soleil tressés ont perdu de leurs superbes et ne sont plus au gout du jour. Dans les suites, les inscriptions des éléments d'équipemement, a force d'etre nettoyés, ne sont plus lisibles, il est compliqué de se servir des fours, d'allumer la clim, le régler le jacuzzi et même de prendre une douche, sans tâtonner et perdre pas mal de temps .

« Séjour très agréable dans un lieu bien conçu à taille raisonnable ! »

La piscine chauffée au top ! Pouvoir changer les serviettes quand on veut est un plus et le nombre de transats. Bon petit déjeuner, bon choix, produits corrects, un + le vrai jus d'orange. La villa est confortable et spacieuse, de la terrasse la vue et le calme. Le ménage chaque jour, très bien fait.

Espace petit déjeuner, si possibilité de prévoir un espace adults only serait un vrai plus. Le manque de vaisselle, pas de fraiseur ou congélateur pour faire des glaçons. Pas de minimum de condiments ; huile, vinaigre, sel et poivre.
